Centralized Message
Archiving
Following NASDAQ, SEC & NYSE
regulations, some enterprises are required
to store all correspondence, so storing messages is an absolute necessity. When the message archiving feature
is enabled, a copy of every message sent
and received by your users will be stored
in the server and can be audited using
the Message Archiving search engine included
in the Administration Console.
Custom defined management levels
Network administrators are able to define through the administration console several management roles: Auditor, Light, Standard and Full. Each of them has different privileges in order to control their groups and its members.
Integration with Active Directory and other user directories
By integrating your IM network with your Active Directory, all your users will be able to login using the same username and password they already have. If you have another type of directory, we can also develop a custom connector to your specific directory or user database.

branding and customization options available
Thanks to our powerful skin technology, we can customize your IM client, branding the user interface to meet your company's specific requirements. You will be able to have one or several customized IM clients with a custom installer that includes one or multiple user interface skins. The design of the user interface can also integrate content or services provided from your website or intranet. Skin customization packages are available for networks of 100 or more users.
