Presentations can be made to users on your IM network as well as users on any of the public IM networks. You can also invite people to participate by email. Users need to at least have Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher to participate in online presentations. All users can securely share their computer by giving remote access to another person. This feature can be used for technical support purposes or to collaborate on writing or reviewing documents. Computer sharing also works with users on any of the public IM networks as well as with users invited to access a computer by email.
